The training requires the creation of tracks, from various markets where the athlete will have to pass and several times it becomes more complicated than it really is, their construction.
With the slalom poles you can make a set of obstacles so that the athletes to make triples with the ball in between. Nail them into the ground where possible, and the pole will sit upright. The tube is plastic while the nail is metal, while the length without the nail is 1.6 meters.
Combine the slalom poles with the acceleration ladders (see 48580), with the cones/landmarks (see 48586), with bounce back (see 48611) or forearm acceleration obstacles (see 41911) for a complete agility and speed workout.
