The disc after being formed with the cast iron goes into the mold to be coated with PU. The specific material (polyurethane) is a thermoplastic polymer which stands out for its high abrasion resistance, high shear resistance and high elasticity, moisture resistance, making it particularly resistant to daily use. It is considered the top coating solution, as the material is not scratched, the floor is protected and it is considered top esthetics as during the production process different colors can be added to the different parts, making the coloring virtually immortal over time.
The discs are black in color with the logo and the weight should be in bright red color giving a dynamic tone to your space floor protection
