AMILA Black W Bumper disc Olympic type 50mm. with a weight of 10 kg suitable for Crossfit. The AMILA Black W series of Olympic discs are made from high quality 100% virgin normal purity rubber. The permitted variation of the weight is +/-1% (ie at a weight of 20Kg the variation that can be accepted reaches 200gr). They are ideal for CrossFit where absolute accuracy in weight is not the goal.
Rubber Hardness:
Shore Durometer is one of the measurements we can make on the tire. A high measurement (ie high hardness) means less bounce on drops.
