We use it for the Decoupage technique. We cut the design we like with our hand, without using scissors. We prime our surface, and stick the rice paper with the decoupage glue. We put glue on the surface, behind the pattern and finally the we place with the help of the brush from the center of our pattern radially outwards so that it does not wrinkle.
